James Cooley

James Cooley has extensive experience in survey project management, currently serving as a Survey Project Manager at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. since April 2018. Previously, James held the position of Survey Manager at Gresham, Smith and Partners from June 2017 to April 2018, and prior to that, worked as a Survey Project Manager at Amec Foster Wheeler for nearly nine years, from October 2008 to June 2017. James holds a degree from Murray State University, where studies took place from 2003 to 2006.
