Jay Cameli, RLA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in landscape architecture and civil engineering. Currently serving as Principal and Practice Lead for Site Civil at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. since October 2014, Jay oversees project and client management, business development, and sustainable land planning. Previous roles include Project Manager/Business Development at Atwell, LLC and Director of Development Services/Chief Building Official for the City of Mt. Juliet, where responsibilities encompassed planning, zoning, and economic development. Jay's early career includes positions at Gresham Smith & Partners as Project Manager and Landscape Architecture Group Manager, as well as significant experience with Barge Wagonner Sumner & Cannon. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Purdue University and is licensed in six states.
