Jeff Duke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in ecological services, currently serving as Vice President of Ecological Services at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. since April 2000. In this role, Jeff has focused on marketing and developing a range of ecological services, including wetlands, streams, species conservation, ecosystem restoration, and mitigation banking. Prior to this position, Jeff worked as a Biologist at EMPE, Inc. from April 1991 to April 2000, specializing in biomonitoring and wetland and stream ecology. Jeff holds a Master of Science degree in Aquatic Ecology from The University of Alabama, where education was completed between 1986 and 1989.
