Jeff Shepherd is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in civil and environmental engineering. Currently a Principal at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. since June 2018, Jeff previously served as Senior Engineer and owner of Shepherd Engineering Design Co., Inc. from December 2004 to 2018. Early in his career, Jeff held the position of District Engineer at BFI of Oklahoma, Inc., overseeing engineering and construction projects across landfills in Oklahoma and Arkansas. Additional roles include Staff Engineer at Swire BFI Waste Services, Ltd., where Jeff managed landfill design and construction in Hong Kong, and various engineering positions at Browning Ferris Industries and Golder Associates, focusing on construction quality assurance and project management. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, completed in 1989.
