John Frydrych

John Frydrych, M.S., P.E., CDP, serves as the Civil Practice Lead and Principal at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. since June 2019, bringing 28 years of extensive experience in civil engineering, municipal engineering, and land development design. This background includes expertise in stormwater management, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, environmental projects, landfill work, and municipal water system and sanitary sewerage projects. Prior to rejoining CEC, John held various roles such as Associate and Eastern Regional Manager at raSmith from May 2004 to June 2019, managed the Pittsburgh Office, and served as Director of Engineering for the Municipality of Murrysville from May 2000 to May 2004. Additionally, John has experience as a Project Manager at CEC and as an Engineer at Paul C Rizzo Associates Inc. John’s educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Point Park University.
