Jonathan Kitchen serves as the Boston Area Operations Lead at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. since September 2013, overseeing the operations of two offices in the Boston area. In the role of Principal, Jonathan manages projects across several service areas, including in-situ chemical oxidation, brownfields investigation and remediation, due diligence, third-party oversight, litigation support, and environmental compliance. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Norfolk Ram Group, LLC from 2002 to 2013, where Jonathan managed environmental remediation projects and provided expert assistance for litigation. Additional positions held include Project Manager at Penney Engineering, Director of Environmental Services at PARS Environmental, Environmental Scientist at PARS Environmental Services and Coneco Environmental, and Lab/Sampling Technician at Inchcape Testing Services. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Engineering Geology from Drexel University and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Rutgers University.
