Julie Dunlap

Julie Dunlap has extensive experience in project accounting, holding various positions since 1995. Currently serving as Project Accounting Manager at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. since January 2005, Julie has progressed through several roles including Senior Project Accountant and Project Accountant. Prior to this, Julie worked as a Project Accountant at Michael Baker International from 2003 to 2005 and at Chester Engineers, Inc. from 2001 to 2003. Earlier experience includes a role as a Billing Specialist at Consolidated Products Systems from 1995 to 2001. Julie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Seton Hill University, completed in 1995, and graduated from Norwin Sr. High School in 1991.
