Justin Wagner

Justin Wagner, PE, is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management within the civil engineering field. Currently serving as Principal at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. since October 2020, Justin has previously held leadership roles as a Senior Project Manager at Resource Environmental Solutions LLC and Project Manager at Gateway Engineers. Justin's career began at The RBA Group, where responsibilities included preparing site civil permit drawings and conducting due diligence investigations for various restaurant and hotel chains. Earlier in his career, Justin worked as a Site Investigator at 84 Lumber. A graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Justin is recognized for exceptional project management skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to foster client relationships and motivate staff.
