Kelly Rieger

Kelly Rieger, PWS, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc., a position held since June 2023. Prior to this, Kelly worked as a Project Manager at HDR from June 2018 to June 2023 and as a Senior Environmental Scientist at Ecology and Environment, Inc. from November 2014 to June 2018. Kelly's experience also includes roles as an Environmental Scientist at Keystone Consultants, Inc. and WSP USA from December 2013 to November 2014 and August 2010 to December 2013, respectively. Early in the career, Kelly was a Watershed Technician at the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy in 2007. Kelly Rieger holds a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science from Towson University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Expertise encompasses field investigations related to groundwater and soil contamination, wetland delineation, human and ecological risk assessments, as well as report writing and data management.
