Nolan Blake is an experienced civil engineer with a strong background in project management and consultancy. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. since May 2022, Nolan previously worked at Golder from May 2015 to April 2022 in various roles, including Consultant and Project Engineer.
