Richard Celender, RLA, C.E.T., CPESC, CPSWQ, serves as the Corporate Civil Engineering Practice Lead and Vice-President of the Civil/LA Practice at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. since October 2006. With extensive experience in engineering, geology, hydrogeology, and environmental science, Richard selects design and analytical methodologies for project teams to address complex technical challenges. Additionally, Richard has been a State Representative for the CPESC Program in West Virginia since April 2014 and previously held leadership roles within the CPESC Council. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Land Development/Environmental at Trant Corporation, overseeing operations and project management for multiple initiatives. Richard holds a degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Point Park University.
