Rick Reagan

Rick Reagan is an experienced Senior Designer at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. since March 2023, with a strong background in structural design and project management. Previously, Rick served as Contract Manager at U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. from January 2022 to March 2023, and held the position of Senior Structural Designer at McDermott International Inc. from May 2018 to January 2022. Prior experience includes roles at CB&I where Rick also worked as a Senior Structural Designer, and at L-Con Engineering, Jacobs Engineering, and Fluor as a Civil Structural Designer. Rick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from Oklahoma Panhandle State University, completed between 2004 and 2007.
