Sami Achkar is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the civil and environmental consulting industry. Currently serving as Vice President at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. since January 2020, Sami has previously held the position of Metals & Minerals Sector Director at CH2M HILL Lockwood Greene from February 1995 to December 2019. Sami achieved a foundational education at The University of Texas at Arlington, studying from 1983 to 1987.
