Sarah Rowe, PWS, QHP, is a seasoned Project Ecologist with over 20 years of experience in the natural resources field. Currently a Project Manager III at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc., they manage projects that assist clients in navigating complex NEPA and permitting processes. Previously, they served as a Project Manager & Senior Reviewer at S&ME, where they focused on wetland delineation, stream assessments, and regulatory coordination. Sarah also contributed to the CAC AmeriCorps Water Quality Team, promoting watershed health through education and outreach. They hold a B.S. in Marine Biology from the College of Charleston.
