Swastik Bhandari, P.E., is an experienced civil engineer with a strong background in project management and research in hydro-climatology. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. since December 2018, Swastik has also held roles as a Project Consultant and Staff Consultant within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Graduate Research Assistant at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, where research focused on the relationship between ocean-atmospheric climate variables and regional streamflow.
