Tim Lemasters

Tim Lemasters is an experienced Project Manager and Engineer currently employed at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. since July 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing natural gas and water line projects, environmental inspections, erosion and sedimentation design, and developing stormwater pollution prevention and general pollution prevention plans. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager for the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection's Abandoned Mine Lands and Reclamation division from April 2008 to July 2013, managing reclamation projects, and developing feasible design solutions. Tim Lemasters also worked as an Environmental Resource Specialist II in the Special Reclamation Division, focusing on acid mine drainage mitigation. Earlier roles include serving as the Physical Plant Director at Salem International University, managing a $1 million annual budget and directing infrastructure maintenance. Tim Lemasters holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Fairmont State University.
