Tim Murphy

Tim Murphy is currently the Vice President and Principal & National Public Sector Market Group Leader at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. Previously, Tim held the position of Senior Project Manager at the same company and served as the Commissioner at City of Toledo. Tim has a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies and a Master's degree in Public Administration from The University of Toledo. As the National Public Sector Lead, Tim is in charge of expanding business with public sector clients across CEC's 28 nationwide offices. In their previous role as the Environmental Commissioner, Tim oversaw the Division of Environmental Services and managed various environmental duties in the Toledo – Lucas County region.
