Todd Gingerich

Todd Gingerich has extensive work experience in the field of civil engineering and project management. Todd started their career at Hamilton Engineering and Surveying, Inc. in 2000, where they served as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Intern. At this firm, they worked on various projects for public entities, private developers, architects, contractors, and individual landowners.

In 2006, Todd joined LandDesign as a Senior Associate. In this role, they managed land development civil engineering projects from concept to completion. Todd collaborated with clients, consultants, regulatory agencies, contractors, and production teams to ensure successful project delivery. Todd'sprojects included public and private infrastructure, residential, and commercial developments in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida.

In 2012, Todd joined Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) as a Senior Project Manager. Todd provided civil engineering design, construction, and environmental compliance solutions to clients. CEC, a top-ranking design and environmental firm, recognized Todd for their expertise in civil engineering, ecological sciences, environmental engineering, waste management, and water resources.

In 2019, Todd assumed the role of Principal at CEC, where they continued to contribute to the company's success. Todd was later appointed as the Vice President and Charlotte Office Lead in August 2020, further showcasing their leadership abilities and commitment to the firm's growth.

Todd Gingerich earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in water resources from the University of South Florida in the years 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science degree in Food Science at Virginia Tech from 1996 to 1998. Todd also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from Florida State University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996.
