Bill Carroll has extensive experience in engineering and environmental consulting. William (Bill) is currently a Vice President at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. William (Bill) also served as a Vice President at Stantec and held various leadership roles at Cella Barr Associates, including Transportation, Land Development, Business Development, and Branch Operations. Earlier in their career, Bill was a Vice President and Branch Manager at Greiner Engineering and a Project Manager at Wheeler, Petterson & Coffeen.
