Founded in 1971, Cecal is a leader in manufacturing of high technology components such as cast copper coolers to steel and base metal smelting industry. Cecal's products include cast and machined copper coolers, copper launders, copper tapping blocks, copper staves, tuyeres and tuyere coolers, and many others. Cecal also provides cathodes for electrolysis, high electrical power transmission elements, and bimetallic plates produced by explosion welding (clads). Cecal facilities include departments of copper and copper alloys foundry, precision machining, metal conformation and special welding, such as explosion welding.
