Fred McHugh

Fred McHugh is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in the electrical subcontracting industry. They served as a Project Manager at Vanguard Electrical Services, LLC from 2015 to 2016, and subsequently held the position of Project Executive at CEC Companies from 2017 to 2019. Fred also worked as an Account Manager at Walker Engineering between 2013 and 2015, and went on to become the Director of Electrical Build at CEC from 2019 to 2020. Fred holds a High School Diploma from Marysville Pilchuck High School, completed college core classes at Tarrant County College, and finished their studies in Electrical Theory at the Construction Education Foundation between 1998 and 2001.
