Lily Cecil-Wright

Lily Cecil-Wright is an accomplished yacht broker and culinary professional with a diverse background in hospitality and management. Currently serving as a part-time yacht broker at Cecil Wright since September 2025, Lily has gained valuable experience at prestigious yacht shows while also working as a stewardess on the motor yacht Rum Jungle. Previous roles include a pastry chef at The Gun Inn and internship positions at Winch Design and Storm Model Management, where Lily developed skills in human resources and talent management. As a crew chef on S/Y Zenji, significant responsibilities included meal planning and provisioning during a transatlantic crossing. Lily holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from UCL and has graduated from Sherborne Girls, where leadership as Food and Well-being Prefect was demonstrated.
