Stephen M. has a distinguished professional background in strategy, mergers, and acquisitions, with extensive experience in guiding companies and investors toward value creation and profit growth. They served as Senior Vice President of M&A at InComm Payments, where they led strategic initiatives and developed the M&A function from scratch. As the co-founder of Tennis Prime, they have dedicated efforts to cultivating youth athletic programs in underserved communities. Currently, Stephen is the Head of Strategy & Corporate Development at CECO Environmental Corporation and is enrolled in the Master of Science program in Technology Leadership at Brown University, expected to graduate in 2025.
