Robert V.

Robert V. has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Beheerder Verzekeringspakket en Instructeur at Traffic Control, where they managed insurance packages and instructed activities such as anti-slip courses. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Credit Professional on a detachment basis at Cannock Chase. In 2010, they joined BMW Financial Services as a Collections Associate, managing a large portfolio of debtors and overseeing the OnGuard software application. In 2017, they moved to Exact and held various roles, including Senior Credit Collections Specialist and Senior OtC Process Team Lead, where they led teams and implemented process improvements. In 2022, they became the Head of Order 2 Cash at CED Europe.

Robert V. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Commerciële Economie from Avans University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2003 to 2009. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2003, they completed a MBO degree in Commercieel Medewerker Marketing & Communicatie from ROC Leiden. In addition to their formal education, Robert also obtained several certifications including WFT Consumptief Krediet + PE, WFT Basis, OnGuard Applicationmanager, and WFT Consumptief Krediet in various years ranging from 2012 to 2015.
