Mariliis Holm is a co-founder and partner at Sustainable Food Ventures, where they support innovators in plant-based, cell-based, and recombinant food. With a background as the head of food science at Finless Foods, Mariliis developed the world's first cell-based bluefin tuna meat. They hold multiple degrees in food engineering and product development and have held various roles in research and development, including internships at Mondelēz International and International Flavors & Fragrances. Currently, Mariliis also serves as a founding member of BIOME Consortia and a board member at CED, contributing to advancements in sustainable food systems.
