David Reynolds

David Reynolds serves as Chief Executive at both the South Australian Housing Trust and the Department for Housing and Urban Development, focusing on providing secure housing options and addressing the national housing crisis in South Australia. Additionally, David is a Board Member at Infrastructure SA and a Council Member for CEDA, reflecting a commitment to economic development. Other roles include Chair & Governor of the School Board at Pulteney Grammar School and membership in the Rhodes Scholarship Selection Committee. Previously, David served as Chief Executive of the Department for Trade and Investment, overseeing initiatives to enhance the state's economic growth and investment appeal, and held multiple leadership positions within the South Australian Department of Treasury and Finance, managing significant financial policy and budgetary responsibilities. David holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) from the University of Adelaide and has completed various leadership programs at esteemed institutions.
