Deanna Constable

Deanna Constable is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and governance. Currently serving as the Primary Trustee for the Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA) since November 2019, Deanna also holds the position of Partner - Corporate at Lander & Rogers, where expertise spans due diligence, M&A projects, and corporate governance, particularly within the resources sector. Previous roles include National President of AMPLA, General Counsel at Mitsubishi Development Pty Ltd, and Senior Associate positions at Herbert Smith Freehills and Parker & Parker Legal Practice. Deanna holds a Master of Laws and Management from UNSW and a Bachelor of Commerce/Law with Honors from The University of Western Australia, complemented by education from Harvard Business School.
