Leandro Ferreira

Leandro Ferreira is a civil engineer with a diverse background in telecommunications and environmental management. They have held significant roles, including Gerente de Fiscalização de Obras at CEDAE, where they oversaw contracts for construction projects related to water and wastewater systems. Previously, Leandro was an environment analyst at Vivo and a project manager at Nokia Siemens Networks, responsible for enhancing Oi's mobile network.
