Bryan Oos

Bryan Oos currently serves as an Advisor at Cedar since October 2025. Previously, Bryan held the position of Regional Director of Acquisitions and Development at Toll Brothers from April 2011 to October 2025, leading regional market initiatives and managing land transactions for over 4,000 multifamily units across the Northeast, New England, and Mid-Atlantic. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Development at The Michaels Organization, where Bryan oversaw financing and development for public housing projects, and as Development Manager/Director of Development at Forest City Realty Trust, managing projects involving tax-exempt bonds and various housing tax credits. Bryan also worked as an Associate Broker at Tungsten Property and as Acquisitions Manager at Winchester Homes, along with earlier internships that laid the foundation for a successful career in real estate. Bryan holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from James Madison University.
