Cedar Construction & Development Inc. offers over 30 years of general contracting and development expertise to its clients. We have a proven track record of working hard and smart for our clients. What really makes Cedar Construction an industry leader is our ability to roll up our sleeves, get to know our clients and their objectives allowing us to deliver excellent service, on time and on budget.

Our clients have always appreciated our desire to collaborate with them through every step of the process, beginning with pre-construction. The initial phases are most imperative; it is where clients will see exactly what is going to be done and what to expect during the entire pre-construction phase.
Cedar Construction & Development’s pre-construction knowledge adds tremendous value as plans are studied, and possible alternatives are presented. From here, budgets are calculated and time schedules are developed. Cedar has the staff, has perfected the skills, and has acquired the necessary equipment to meet these needs.

Cedar Construction & Development has completed a wide variety of projects. From its beginnings in minor remodeling, to current work on luxury custom homes and commercial centers. Cedar has mastered the necessary skills to complete even the most challenging of projects, including some of the following:

- Residential
- Commercial
- Multi-family
- Remodels
- Taking on partially completed projects
- Additions
- Seismic Retrofits
