Puneet Bhatia

Puneet Bhatia is Senior Vice President, M&A Integration & Transformation at Precisely. In this role, he is responsible for the integration and success of all M&A transactions, as well as executing cross-functional strategic priorities across the organization as the company pursues its path to rapid growth in data integrity.

Prior to Syncsort, the precursor to Precisely, Puneet established and led the Transformation Office at Nuance Communications, a leading software company, through a period of growth through M&A. Previously, as M&A advisor with Deloitte, he advised Fortune 100 technology companies on their most complex mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. He also held roles at EMC and Akamai Technologies.

Puneet brings over 15 years of experience in helping technology companies maximize shareholder value through achieving their aggressive growth and operating objectives.

Puneet holds a B.S. in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University, a master’s degree in Computer Networking from North Carolina State University, and a M.B.A. from Cornell University’s Johnson School of Business.
