Jennifer Cizner

Jennifer Cizner currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Cedar Pine, a private investment firm that focuses on long-term strategic assets. Prior to joining Cedar Pine in April 2023, Cizner spent eight years at The Chicago Council on Global Affairs in the same role, and held various leadership positions with the City of Chicago, including Director of Strategic Partnerships and Global Affairs, and Director of International Relations and Protocol. Cizner's extensive experience includes key roles at The White House as Deputy Chief of Staff in the Presidential Personnel Office and Investment Cluster Director, as well as significant positions within political campaigns such as Southern Finance Director for both the Presidential Inaugural Committee and Obama for America. Cizner began their career at Campaign Finance Consultants and Sidley Austin LLP following graduation from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Studies in 1999.
