Robert Gibson

Executive Sous Chef at Cedar Point

Robert Gibson is a seasoned chef with extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Chef for Catering/Main Kitchen at Cedar Point Amusement Park since May 2021. Previously, Robert held the position of Assistant Executive Chef in the Main Kitchen at Wynn Las Vegas from November 2008 to March 2023, where management of a disciplined kitchen operation and the creation of innovative menus played key roles in enhancing performance and guest satisfaction. Robert has also contributed to in-room dining and staff dining operations, focusing on quality control and cost management. In addition to culinary expertise, Robert is pursuing a degree in Culinary Management at CSN and holds the title of Eagle Scout from Boy Scouts of America.
