Dale Todd is currently a Project Manager at The Hatch Development Group, focusing on the development and property management of urban neighborhoods in Des Moines and Cedar Rapids since 2010. In addition, Dale serves on the City Council for Cedar Rapids, where they are committed to building and making things happen in the community since 2018. Dale earned a degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Coe College, where they studied from 1974 to 1983.
