David Stender

David Stender currently serves as a Construction Contract Administrator for the City of Cedar Rapids, a position held since September 2013. With a robust background in construction management and inspection, David has previously worked as a Construction Administrator and Inspector for The Foth Companies and Engineering Alliance, Inc., from 2006 to 2013. David’s career also includes a tenure at Anderson-Bogert Engineers & Surveyors as a CAD Technician and Construction Inspector, along with contract management and engineering roles at McLeodUSA. Additionally, David has dedicated service as Assistant Chief at the Center Point Volunteer Fire Department since 2002 and has experience in the US Navy as an Aerographer's Mate from 1989 to 1993.
