Jad Navales

Jad Navales has extensive experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Currently serving as a Product Success Specialist at Cedar since May 2022, Jad previously held multiple positions at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC. (CARD) from February 2015 to May 2022, including Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing patient therapy schedules and onboarding Behavioral Therapists. Jad also served as Corporate Training Lead for the Pacific Division, where the hiring of training managers and the creation of training content were key duties. Further roles included Assistant Case Supervisor, overseeing treatment plans and therapists, Therapist Liaison, responsible for onboarding and clinical feedback, and Behavioral Therapist Field Trainer, providing direct therapy and implementing treatment plans. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from California State University, Northridge.
