Kellison Rose

Kellison Rose is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent operations and recruiting management, currently serving as a Senior Talent Operations Program Manager at Cedar since May 2025. Previously, Kellison held the position of Senior Recruiting Program Manager at Samsara from November 2023 to June 2025, and before that, was the Core Recruiting Operations Manager at Stripe, overseeing a team of 8 Coordinators and managing approximately 750 candidates monthly. Kellison has also contributed to Google in various roles, including Recruiting Operations Manager and Analyst, where responsibilities included directing productivity for over 400 individuals across multiple recruiting functions, and managing operations for a substantial volume of candidates annually. Additional experience includes leading global programs for wellness, diversity, equity, and inclusion, along with impactful volunteer management initiatives addressing food scarcity. Kellison holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco and a B.S. in Public Management from Northern Arizona University.
