Mike Aldous

Mike Aldous currently serves as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Cedar, overseeing technical recruiting in engineering, product, design, and data science since June 2021. Previously, Mike held the role of Head of Talent Acquisition at OODA Health until its acquisition by Cedar in August 2023. Mike's extensive career also includes positions as Sr Technical Recruiter and Managing Partner at ConnectPoint Recruiting, where Mike was instrumental in staffing technology professionals, as well as a Technical Recruiter at Robert Half International, focusing on IT staffing. Earlier in the career, Mike achieved recognition as a Presidents Club Winner during tenure in business development at Franklin Covey. Mike Aldous earned a BS in Psychology from Brigham Young University between 1994 and 1997.
