Sally Mimms

Sally Mimms is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the VP and Deputy General Counsel at Cedar. They previously held the same title at Brex and Opendoor, where they supported various legal functions and played a key role during significant corporate developments, including IPOs and market expansion. Prior to these roles, Sally was Director and Senior Counsel for Compliance at Sungevity and Of Counsel at Locke Lord LLP, advising financial services firms and managing various litigation matters. Sally holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Minnesota Law School and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations at Tufts University.
