Sara Giannini

Sara Giannini is an accomplished legal operations professional with extensive experience in contract management and commercial operations. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Legal Operations at Cedar since August 2025, Giannini previously held positions at Rithum as Director of Contracts & Legal Operations and at Teladoc Health as Vice President of Contracts & Commercial Operations, among other roles. Early career experience includes positions at Fresenius Medical Care North America, where Giannini excelled in contracts management and team leadership. Educational credentials include a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, a B.A. in Legal Studies, Political Science, and French from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, as well as a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Business Administration from Framingham State University.
