Amy Chapman is an accomplished senior living professional with over thirty years of experience in management and operations within healthcare environments. Having served as the Executive Director at both Hermitage Richmond and Cedarfield, Amy demonstrated a strong capability in strategic planning, partnership development, and team building. Prior to these roles, Amy was the Administrator of Resident Life Services at The Hermitage at Cedarfield from 2003 to 2011. As a Licensed Assisted Living and Nursing Home Administrator and CARF Surveyor, Amy is recognized for effective leadership and operational excellence.
