Cedars is a leader in business and IT transformation focusing on the Western Balkans in specific, and Europe at large. Our methodologies and best practices are based upon our experience working at the most prestigious global consulting firms, where we worked in support of the United States government to digitalize and automate business processes, consolidate redundant systems, establish and facilitate cyber security programs, and insert emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Robotics Process Automation, and Cloud Computing. Our past performance also includes working with European Union (EU) governments performing risk assessments, feasibility studies, audits, and legislative harmonization.

Cedars has an extensive network of subject matter experts and relationships across the region at both private and public sector organizations (reaching up to ministerial levels).

Our mission is to support our clients in achieving a secure and sustainable future through meaningful results. To that end, our service portfolio includes change management, organizational development, emerging tech insertion, and cyber security. We work with donor organizations such as USAID, SIDA, EBRD, the World Bank, and the EU Commission.
