Alan Dubovsky has a diverse work experience spanning multiple healthcare organizations. Alan began their career at Northside Hospital in 2001 as a Manager, overseeing Customer Relations and Patient Advocacy Services. Alan then joined The Advisory Board Company in 2005 as a Director of Member Services. In 2008, they moved to Saint Joseph's Hospital as a Director of Customer Service. Currently, since 2016, they hold the position of Vice President and Chief Patient Experience Officer at Cedars-Sinai, where they previously served as the Chief Patient Experience Officer from 2016 to 2021.
