Mona She

Mona Mona has had extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Mona started their career as a Physician Recruiters at Saint Elizabeths Hospital, where they were responsible for medical staffing in hospitals and physician offices in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Mona also created and implemented the recruitment process, from finding physician candidates to negotiating and hiring quality physicians. Mona then moved on to Bon Secours Mercy Health, where they worked as the Director of Physician and Supplier Recruitment for the MidAmerican Group. During their time there, they oversaw the recruitment efforts for over 1,000 facilities, managing a large team and ensuring the best selection of physicians and suppliers. Currently, Mona holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Cedars-Sinai.

Mona Mona holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from USC Marshall School of Business, where they focused on Entrepreneurship and General Management.
