Pascaline Descy is currently the Head of Resources and Support at Cedefop, overseeing administrative services, ICT, facilities, and security. Previously, they served as the Head of Skills and the Labour Market and Head of Research and Policy Analysis at Cedefop, focusing on labour market dynamics and vocational education and training (VET) policy. Pascaline contributed as a member of the World Economic Forum's Global Agenda Council on Employment and the Future of Jobs from 2012 to 2016. They began their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Liège, where they earned a Master’s Degree in Education Sciences.
