Steven Bainbridge

Steve Bainbridge is a senior vocational education and training (VET) policy expert at Cedefop, where they have contributed to European VET policy since 1996. Prior to this role, they served as a private secretary to the Minister for Employment in the UK and worked at the European Commission on the first Leonardo da Vinci programme and the White Paper Towards the Learning Society. Steve has also held positions in the UK’s Ministry of Employment and various departments focused on social policy and public employment services. They completed a B.A. (Hons) in Business Studies at North Staffordshire Polytechnic.
