Ryan Thomson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client engagement, operations management, and technical solutions across various industries. Currently, Ryan serves as the Director of Client Engagement at ProjX360, overseeing the successful implementation of a software platform in the Custom Integration Industry. Prior to this role, Ryan held key positions at Portal.io as Director of Dealer Happiness and Operations Manager at Maestro Technology Solutions, where expertise in dealer services and technical solutions was developed. Additionally, Ryan has a longstanding commitment to community service as a Volunteer Firefighter with the Sun Valley Fire Department and contributes as an educational volunteer with CEDIA. Ryan holds a BS in Biology and Chemistry from New England College and has previous experience as an executive recruiter and operations manager in electronic systems design.
