Lubos Kuklis

Lubos Kuklis is an experienced professional in the fields of media regulation and law, currently serving as a member of the DSA enforcement team at the European Commission since March 2023 and as a member of the Advisory Board at CEDMO since December 2021. Previous roles include Chief Executive at the Council for Media Services, Chair at EPRA, and Chair of the Subgroup on Disinformation within the European Regulators Group for Audiovisual Media Services. Lubos also held the position of Executive Director at the Council for Broadcasting and Retransmission for over 18 years. Academically, Lubos Kuklis holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Administrative law/Media law and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Comenius University in Bratislava, complemented by a Master's Degree in Copyright law from the same institution.
