Esmé Rijs is the General Director at Cedris, where they focus on connecting, developing, and translating organizational strengths. With a background as a member of the executive team at Transport en Logistiek Nederland from 2021 to 2025, Esmé has also held various roles in communication and management at ACP and served as the Director of the Police Union from 2014 to 2019. They hold a Master's degree in Business Communication from Radboud University Nijmegen and completed a program in Change Management at the AOG School of Management. Since December 2023, Esmé has been the Chair of DNA, supporting the development of associations across the Netherlands.
