Mário Nilcain

Mário Nilcain is an experienced Squad Leader at Cedro Technologies since April 2018, overseeing the digital products DATA ENGINE and APIS CEDRO while also coordinating the User Experience (UX) area. Mário leads a team of 23 professionals, focusing on aligning objectives, managing conflicts, and utilizing data-driven design decisions to enhance user experience in financial services. As the founder of Nilcain Design, Mário has been actively involved in responsive redesign projects since January 2011. Previous roles include UI Designer and Front-end developer at Detrey Propaganda, Video Editor at Centro Universitário Adventista de São Paulo, and Front-end Developer at Z.Mídia. Mário holds a degree in Systems Analysis from Centro Universitário Adventista de São Paulo and has furthered education in interface design and web design.
